Our Story
Launchpad was founded by an IT Director and a Senior Engineer with more than 25 years of combined experience helping businesses solve technology challenges. After years of working in corporate environments, they noticed a common problem: technology was becoming unnecessarily complicated. By focusing on a straightforward, practical approach, they found tremendous success helping organizations improve operations without the headaches. That same philosophy became the foundation of Launchpad. As they began working with small businesses, they discovered that owners appreciated having a trusted technology partner who could explain things in plain English, eliminate unnecessary complexity, and simply get things done.
